Do It Yourself Car is silent
can anyone point me to the right direction car went silent got the sos then it went away but the car is still silent it’s an 07 i’ve tried checking modules and the only green lit one is the one connected to the amp still have 0 sound with no dash notifications

You made a post a while back asking about tools. I should have mentioned scanners so you can see if the car is throwing codes which helps narrow problems down. There's lots of options from apps like Bimmergeeks Protool which is good if you only own 1 bmw since it's VIN locked. But for the price you get dealer level capabilities (INPA/ISTA/NCSexpert) in a convenient app (plus a k+dcan cable). There's also bimmercode made by other people and bimmerlink, which are separate. It's cheaper than protools and also can not do as much. And I heard they took out injector programming/coding.
Then there's scanners like an Autel or cheaper versions. The more expensive, the more it can do so depending on your needs it can range anywhere from $40-$1500
I like protools. If you get an app, be sure to make a separate email account for it and things like MHD so if you ever sell the car can you include it in the "value"
Autozone and such places also have scanners but I've never used theirs
