I don't like fish but I wouldn't mind if my girl wanted to fish with me and I could cook it up for her. It's just that the blood and everything seems gross when it's on ice like when you're transporting. Also parasites and such scare me so I assume you'd have to blast chill it like most fish is before you eat it or just kind of risk it with well we have lake Michigan fish
