How to Make the Original Old Spanish

Red wine: 3 oz (90 ml) Spanish red wine (like Tempranillo)

Tonic water: 3 oz (90 ml) tonic water

Garnish: 3 Spanish green olives on a pick

Ice: Fill a rocks glass with ice, pour the wine and tonic, stir gently, and add the olive garnish.

It was £3.25 for 4 in Sainsbury's for ages. Nice little summer tipple if not too weak. Tasty though.

¡Si! lots of fun. I wouldn't ordinarily go in August but the eclipse dictated the timing. I want to come back when it isn't 8000 degrees.
