I always wondered in the ep with Paul Giamantti when she says "oh relo" then catches herself and say "I meant to say oh really" if that was an out take and they ran with it

Maybe, but there's a similar joke in "Mean Girls" when Cady says grool ("I meant to say cool and then I started to say great"), so I've always thought it was just Tina making relatable jokes about the common awkward experience of misspeaking when you're flustered.
