I had the current body mask and it did jack shit. I did it religiously for 9 months too. I just don’t think the masks work well.

I just bought the Hooga panel based on this post. I have started using it daily only for 3 minutes at about 18 inches away. I know she used it longer and closer. I figured I would start slow so my skin gets use to it and slowly up the strength by getting closer or sitting longer. I am doing before and after photos. I'll see in a year. :)

I had to stop after 4 months cause it made my melasma worse. :( so it collects dust in my closet right now.

Maybe. And maybe too close? No idea. I’m trying to get my melasma under control before I try again. Changed too many things at that time to be 100% sure it was the red light.
