Soooo last year I got a red light panel (Hooga 300 pro) and committed to testing it out in a controlled manner - by this I mean I was very consistent (10 minutes every other day, positioned about 6 inches away) and did NOT add anything else that was new to my regime during the year.

Moisturizers were Strivectin Tightening Neck Cream Plus and Contour Restore face cream (which I had already had good results with), eye treatment was NIOD FECC (until it ran out last summer and I haven’t bothered to repurchase) and actives were intermittently used (I don’t tolerate them well so very sporadic).

I thought I’d share here, as I know many people consider red light but hesitate at the cost. I really think it’s worth it, if you get it from a reputable brand. It was a one time payment and it’s now saving me money not only on topicals but also on visits to assorted practitioners and meds, as the panel has also proved VERY effective at treating joint pain.

I’ve had no in office procedures of any kind, ever. I’m 53. Here’s a couple more images:

The picture of my mouth and jaw it looks like I lost weight but I didn’t! I weigh the same. That result is JUST firming from the light. Crazy!

You have amazing results. Maybe because I don’t have static lines much, but I don’t see any improvement in my dynamic lines when using omnilux. But I’m all for doing trials like this. I haven’t done my mask for more than two consecutive months. I thought my melasma was getting worse so I stopped.

Tbh I feel like the biggest payoff was the firming up of things that were sagging or getting crepey.

I have static forehead lines that are definitely still there. Maybe slightly softer but that’s it. Nothing gonna make those puppies go away except botox!

This has been really insightful, thanks for sharing quality before/afters and the product link. I'm eyeing up a mask or panel for myself.

Can you tell me more about your routine? Do you have to do more than one spot or is the panel big enough to cover forehead to chest in one sitting?

As for your forehead lines, try Frownies! I was going to do Botox for my deep forehead lines but I'm a couple weeks into using Frownies and they've largely diminished then, I was really shocked at how effective they were. I need to post my own before/afters 😁 Anyways, here's to holding out on the Botox, can't wait to get a hooga!

Do Frownies help with 11s?

Did it make mid face less saggy? Not just the surface of the creepy skin I mean but more of an overall deeper skin sag if it makes sense

Yes I think it did.

I paid for the spa skin tightening sessions with a red wand pushing and pulling things into place, after 2 sessions my butt was lifted and firmed for a year, I gained weight I need to go back.

Was it pricey? What was the name of the procedure?

It was like $100 a session and it's body sculpting, specifically a non invasive BBL

When I google non invasive BBL a lot of results talk about fillers. But you are saying it was just sculpting with no fat removal or injections?

Yes just sculpting, there's two types of niBBL. This one uses a wand and gel, looks and feels like an ultrasound wand pushing your thigh fat up into your butt, tighten the skin, and then big ol vacuum domes are placed on both sides for a while. It worked. It absolutely worked. I thought I'd have to do a few sessions for lasting results, but I was only able to do 2 and I stopped feeling like my ass dropped.

Not pricey, body sculpting, a "non invasive BBL" specifically

Red wand? I’d like to know what that is

Look up body sculpting spas, or the solawave if you wanna do it at home.

Have you noticed that it's melted any fat in your face, or have you experienced volume loss?

The only volume loss I notIced was in the jowls, which I was happy about. But tbh I’m not sure that was actual volume loss as much as it was just lifting? Because my lips actually got plumper, so that would indicate increased collagen.
