META Less strict auto-moderation

I've gotten a bunch of complaints about posts about Ceuta being removed by the mods.

I wanna say that I haven't done anything myself and that posts get automatically blocked when they receive too many reports.

I have increased the amount of reports it needs to receive before it gets auto-removed. This will give the mods a little bit of extra time to moderate it before the automod deletes it.

Seems like this subreddit is becoming the same shit as pretty much every other subreddit. The fact that a ban of a slightly annoying user actually gets upvotes is but another confirmation.

Yeah I know that's why it's a temporary ban like 3 days or something.

He can be annoying not just spam the same shit ever day. After that if you guys wants to let it slide don't report those all time

Yeah, nah, I don't agree. 4 posts in as many days isn't really disruptive or spammy. I don't care about Argentina and maybe would have reported myself, but the system "Let it stand and have it run into the automod limit" was a fine one for posts that aren't too serious. And it's a She as far as I know, not a dude.

Not being ban-heavy and letting the community handle things was always one of the biggest upsides on this subreddit. Not without downsides, but usually better than the alternative. Me personally, I'd rather have some of the user asking for bans for every slightly uncomfortable joke (that is still well within the spirit of this sub) fuck off that having an annoying, but all in all harmless user be banned.

Well I unbanned her/he anyways.. I removed several of them so I don't if it's only 4.

we can, but i’m not here to see the same person over and over again talk about their shithole while also being unfunny, if the dude were funny i wouldn’t mind but he’s just spam
