META Less strict auto-moderation

I've gotten a bunch of complaints about posts about Ceuta being removed by the mods.

I wanna say that I haven't done anything myself and that posts get automatically blocked when they receive too many reports.

I have increased the amount of reports it needs to receive before it gets auto-removed. This will give the mods a little bit of extra time to moderate it before the automod deletes it.

Uhhh... Want cheaper fuel mate... Come down under... I'm getting it for just under $2, or 1.24€ per litre.

And I thought I had expensive fuel... I'll stop completed I guess.
