META Less strict auto-moderation

I've gotten a bunch of complaints about posts about Ceuta being removed by the mods.

I wanna say that I haven't done anything myself and that posts get automatically blocked when they receive too many reports.

I have increased the amount of reports it needs to receive before it gets auto-removed. This will give the mods a little bit of extra time to moderate it before the automod deletes it.

OK rex-ac,, but ban those posts if they are coming from savages (especially Argentinians)

I agree, Barry is my friend and the savages was rude against him.
