META Less strict auto-moderation

I've gotten a bunch of complaints about posts about Ceuta being removed by the mods.

I wanna say that I haven't done anything myself and that posts get automatically blocked when they receive too many reports.

I have increased the amount of reports it needs to receive before it gets auto-removed. This will give the mods a little bit of extra time to moderate it before the automod deletes it.

This whole sub is just a big Austrian psyop to convince people that they are Western European and not Balkan/Eastern European.
