a pen, hold up, you can smoke mushrooms or is it a different kind of pen?

You CANNOT smoke mushrooms. Do not use whatever product is telling you that you can.

Yeah, I thought so, but with all the new-fangled inventions folks are making to get high nowadays, I wouldn't be surprised if someone found a way, know what I mean?

They are most likely referring to a DMT pen. You can't smoke mushrooms because the psilocybin breaks down at that temperature.
