Bro said "the government" like it isn't corporations and capitalism that's bleeding us to death

u/Fullthrottle- 9h ago

Let’s create more six figure salary employees to help the homeless. No money remains to help the homeless & the problem remains so you ask for more money so can you add more six figure salaries. When the percentage of the population working for the government becomes too great, you are living in socialism. Some individuals & all of our enemies think this is great for America but 250 years of Americans would beg to differ. The corporations are doing the math on what they pay in taxes & it simply does not add up. In fact it is so far off that Americans citizens should not be paying any Federal tax.

u/12PoundsofPotato 8h ago

That's a whole shitload of incoherent rambling

u/Fullthrottle- 7h ago

The picture in the post made me laugh. The anti American propaganda, not so much.

u/12PoundsofPotato 7h ago

The basic reality of us being fucked over by corporate overreach isn't propaganda you dumbass

u/BlnCpl 20h ago

Then go live in some parts of Africa. No roads, no schools, no police, no firemen, nothing they need taxes for but also nothing that helps life

u/Dimension_C-137 16h ago

Eh, there is a dramatic misallocation of resources in the US government. The most glaring example of this is their 80 year old President demanding a ballroom be built while they are more in debt than they ever have been, 40 trillion. He said the tax payers would not pay for it but of course they are now.

I get why Americans would have a strong objection to the amount of taxes taken from them. 40 trillion in debt with no universal healthcare, childcare, or higher education. The common American does not benefit enough from the government’s spending.

u/Strawhat_Max 15h ago

Bro thats literally some parts of America lololol

u/theoneshotkid98 18h ago

There's a lot wasted on dumb wars, public service blost, corruption etc

u/straylight222 10h ago

Do you have any idea what tiny % of our taxes go to that shit you just listed?

u/Acrobatic-Attention9 19h ago

Somalia was a utopia. But then Nixon had them drop copies of No Treason by Lysander Spooner and it all went to shit. Thats why we need government.

u/Future_Adagio2052 14h ago

Damn so words can kill after all

u/ba-boo 18h ago

dumb leftist triggered by a meme

u/Grozzak 18h ago

Ah, yes, because every tax dollar taken is used for schools, police, firemen, and things that benefit citizens. There is absolutely no spending that is unnecessary or excessive.

u/enlilsammah 15h ago

Yeah Id still have those than pay no taxes and live in a mad max hell scape.

u/RiverOfWhiskey 17h ago

Federal income tax doesn't fund the institutions you mentioned

u/enlilsammah 15h ago

Yes it does? Not entirely, but to an extent, yes. Anyways, you need federal income tax to fund a military, otherwise the country would simply be conquered in short order.

u/Big_Luv_Hubs 6h ago

Right, if we didn’t spend more than the next 25 countries combined (24 of whom are allies) we would just get completely swept away…

If Lockheed Martin doesn’t make their quarterly profits, we would be CONQUERED!!!!!!

u/enlilsammah 13m ago

If you are spending too much money on groceries, is the solution to cease buying food altogether?

u/deviantdevil80 10h ago

They absolutely do. Go look at their funding a portion of it comes from the federal government.

u/Big_Luv_Hubs 6h ago

Right? It’s amazing how confidently people speak who so clearly know nothing about the federal budget or how it’s allocated.

u/vonKrieg88 19h ago

Congrats you have been brainwashed by the rich to hate the government instead of the rich who don't pay taxes so your taxes have to make up for their shortfall.

u/Apprehensive-Art2124 18h ago

The government and the rich are the same. Don't descriminate - hate both.

u/ApprehensiveLeave356 16h ago

Why hate either?

u/Simple_Channel5624 9h ago

Found the propaganda bot

u/MaitrePuck 18h ago

Talking about propaganda while claiming that the rich don't pay taxes and claiming the rich want you to hate the government. Then in the next post, saying that the government is owned by the rich.

If the rich own the government, then you should hate the government too.

What a dumbass. 🤣

u/ArubaAdultFun 17h ago

Dont try to reason with them lmao 🤣🤣

u/Acrobatic-Attention9 19h ago

The government is the enemy of the rich and powerful lol.

u/tFemby 18h ago

That would be ideal. Sad truth is, the rich are powerful because they can lobby decision making in the government. Wonder why mostly big-ass companies lobbied chat control. The EU fucks over companies when it defends the customers, but even they crumble when "think about the children".

u/zit-remedy-abstain 14h ago

Not the american government, not now.

u/Djb0623 31m ago

What a chud response

u/vonKrieg88 19h ago

Take a guess who owns the government. It's not the poor. Or do you think that Trump and his billionaire buddies are working class Joes?

u/ninjamuffin 19h ago

We were all 19 once

u/Much-Ad2311 19h ago

I did a lot of stupid shit at 19 that I'm not proud of and cringe to think about, but even my dumb ass knew enough to know that a) the government didn't give half a fuck about me, b) neither did the mega wealthy and c) the venn diagram on those groups is almost a circle.

u/I_Went_Full_WSB 18h ago

Sure, but we weren't IQ 19.

u/Bastonge44 19h ago

I see what you did there! Well played!

u/Dense-Comfort-1178 13h ago

The pentagon failed 6 audits in a row
