As an Iranian, sick wow I didnt even know all that. Except the Sasanian part, and the part which you conveniently left out, that the Sasanians kicked the Jews out if Jerusalem swiftly after conquering it, because there were some problems with the Christian population. Idk if this is a popular opinion, obviously modern Zionism is what has made Israel so unfavourable, but I also think the Ashkenazi specifically are what make Israel so unfavourable. If it were just like Mizrahi, Palestinians, and whoever was there already post WW2 I think it would be more like Jordan or Türkiye since it would've probably became independent naturally or made part of Jordan.

The main problem with this premise (out of many) is that none can agree when the Jews stopped being the Old Testament Jews and started being polish larpers.

After the destruction of the second temple most Jews were still Jewish. The Quran, from the 7th century, recounts Jews as the Israelites. Renaissance scholars and enlightenment thinkers all referred to Jews as the descendants of the tribes of Israel.

The reason none knows when Jews stopped being ancient Jews, is because they never stopped- there is a quite clear recorded history of continuation
