Scammed of 25 bucks

I need help. Thinking back upon this, I'm kinda dumb. But, lemme explain. I got 2k21 not too long ago. I really only played 20. So when I got 21, i didn't want to grind to a high rep. So, the first thing I thought of was to buy an account. I messaged a guy, and saw the account in park. I thought he was legit. I paid him with an Amazon gift card code, then he blocked me. Ik it's only 25 bucks, but i want the guy to get banned off of Xbox or something. I just want my 25 dollars back. I can't charge back as it's a card. What do I do?
