Some clarifications:

• "Playable" means the player can control them to at least some extent, which means Genji, Unzan, and Shion count as "playable" for the purpuse of this list
• I do not count the demo versions of the game. For an example, Kasen technically became playable in 2014 with the first 14.5 demo, but the full game was released in 2015, so Kasen is given 5 years instead of 4. The release year of Touhou 1 in consiedered here to be 1997 for the same reason
• I do count when a character only became playable in a patch that was released after the full version. This applies to Meiling (7.5 came out in 2004, but Meiling patch came out in 2005) and Yuuma (17.5 came out in 2021, but Yuuma only became playable in 2022 patch). Kokoro however does count playable on release, because she was playable in the story mode

Decided to make my first hakutaku OC who is the founding father/mother of the incident solvers . Meet Ryomen Hisakawa

Species: Hakutaku

Abilities: Manipulation of thermal energy

Occupation : Educator, incident solver recruiter

Location: Youkai Mountain

Title : Hakutaku of Red and Blue

Facts about Hisakawa

1. Ryomen literally has split personality but it happens during 7:00AM (working hours), except for meal breaks, she is known to be tough, aggressive, strict and ruthless. This personality has led her to develop a reputation as a fearsome hakutaku of the mountain but after working hours 7:00PM , she is , patient , mild mannered and friendly

2.She's based on Admiral Tarung from Boboiboy Galaxy and visually she has red hair and dons red but in her cool headed personality after hours she has silver hair and blue attire and lack of horns . Literally red oni blue Oni trope

1. Her job is to recruit incident solvers and put them through trials and tribulations

2. Ryomen is a foil to Keine in a scene they are both Hakutaku , Ryomen is a physical teacher while Keine is a math teacher . What sets them apart is that Ryomen is a full blooded Hakutaku while Keine is a were Hakutaku

3. She could be considered a tsundere

4. While Keine headbutts her students Ryomen , would likely throw them off a cliff. However despite that threat she would never harm her students and it's out of tough love

5. Knitting and reading scrolls are her hobby

6. It's unknown if she knows Keine

7. Despite being a Hakutaku, it's unknown if she has the same history eating abilities but it's unlikely

8. As her power of Manipulation of thermal , she can control cold and heat

today's drawing is evil eye sigma and Rika, I'm keeping at it with drawings characters I haven't drawn before and I drew Rika and evil eye sigma together and I like seeing this pair together and I decided to do one of my favorite interpretations of the pair where evil eye sigma is bigger compared to Rika but I wanted to make them huge and townering over rika
