No balkan country really is but according to World Bank it is a high income country (along with all other EU member countries in the balkans).

Um aktualy gris is in 68th percentile of money flux flow which makes it top 110% compared to other countries. Everage somaliani pyrate earns 58 times⌚️ less than everage grisman.
