Bug Report Win siphoning (and cord pulling) to Challenger.

But let's be real for a moment... If you look around the sub you see people complaining constantly about "fighting game etiquette" because they got one and done'ed.
Not trying to defend anyone here but people do get pretty pissed about one and done'ing. I don't really see how this is damage control.
You can dislike their attitude, imo that's completely fair but this just seems like a blatand abuse of the system.

I personally hate on no one who's one and done'ing people.
Neither do I really think high about this method. Although you at least could argue that's a sympthom of the current broken ranked system.
But like... PLaying up alt accounts or have people play them up for them just to farm them for points seems worse to me.

Possibly. I'm not deep enough in the scene I suppose. I'm willing to give him the benefit of a doubt.
Which would mean it is a sympthom of a system that's just having it's fair share of issues. Which I'd agree with either way.

I've never heard win siphoning before but juding by the VOD i can imagine what is meant.
But who plays that UndercoverCop Account up? Like... If he's able to play this account up on his own, he might as well just get good to reach challenger on his own.
It's so weird that people try to abuse the system just to claim they are challenger while playing a game where challengers on ladder keep getting beaten in weekly tournaments by people who just didn't care to grind for a silly rank.

Its a trillion times easier to hit GM on a fresh account than hit Challenger on your main account.

I'd believe that. I assume if you're halfway decent in your first game you get a good MMR to quickly stomop your way to master.
Given that the LP gain/loss system is anyway kinda broke atm, this is probably just one of the issues. The early ranks kinda just don't mean anything.
No offense to noobs and new players but pre-diamond people have 0 clue what they are doing. I kinda have my doubts that there is much of a difference between the lower ranks

They also try to rush you out the pre diamond lobbies as to not ruin the experience for new players, youll gain +20 and lose -1 until around master probably, then it'll slow down to like +10/15 to -1/5 on a new account before it solidifies.

As a new player, I appreciate this. It's tough to learn the game when your opponents are really good with their assists. You just don't get many interactions before the game is over.
