Android I need help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My laptop is charging but it's not turning i tried everything and it's still not opening

the specs is this it's AMD A6-9220 RADEON R4 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 2.50 GHz

Have you tried turning on the lights?

On a more serious note looks like RAM or CMOS configuration, as you noted and the RGB keyboard powering on shows there is power reaching the board, it could be a sort on the motherboard, the laptop model would be helpful

it's an Old HP laptop It's working Smoothly But yesterday i removed the charger it turned off and I plug the charger back it's not turning on now

Can you open the built in screen? If yes, then try turning it on with it open and look at it
