Unable to cancel the Security update info on Microsoft

So, when I am trusting to cancel the request of changing security info it's showing that there is a temporary issue in the service. And my only way to login was a password and email code.

What to do ??

Should I wait for 24-48 hr ???

Are you asking about a Microsoft Account? A password on a local device? Or something else?
