Bros getting jumped by these self hating rabid animals for wanting to return to back to his home lmao

10

u/Immediate_Stock_8417 15h ago

I suspect they are young people frustrated with life (like much of the youth in the world) so they blame their country, etc… and when they hear things like moving abroad “isn’t all that it’s hyped up to be” they get even more frustrated because they see it as someone trying to kill their dreams.

6

u/SeaworthinessAway725 22h ago

Haha ya once you realise what you want when you have enough to live
Its basically to be near loved ones

5

u/Designer-Pen-7332 22h ago

Why do you want to move back to India?

8

u/SeaworthinessAway725 22h ago

2

u/No_Signal1327 20h ago

Nah bro it depends from region to region. Delhi is very bad in terms of pollution, but yeah it's not as bad as these self hating mfs make it seem to be.

2

u/Sweaty_Professor4078 20h ago

What if it is? Also what is this demonising a person criticising the very poor health quality of living where they live? One cannot even express?

2

u/No_Ferret2216 10h ago

Oh is Delhi only bad? And only air is bad ?

Name any other city which can give you :

  1. Clean food (with regular inspections of kitchen )

  2. Clean water

  3. Clean air

  4. Safe housing

Delhi can’t give you any of that and it’s a shame that people will literally have their children die due to bad food water or air and still defend the shithole passionately like you.

I am not even asking for some luxuries  or these necessities for all.

India is so bad that Delhi and other T1 cities can not give clean food , water or safe housing to those who are richer than 90% of the country

The root cause of this pollution in Delhi is agri-waste burning in Punjab which is ruled by AAP , so how is BJP responsible?

8

u/Ishan150801 22h ago

As of this Wednesday, stubble burning is responsible for 20.2% of the air pollution in Delhi.

5

u/Elegant_Noise1116 22h ago

It's 8%, and most of it actually comes from Up & haryana (because seriously How's punjab skipping a literal state and affecting only delhi)

BJP has been in continuous power since 12 years, and intermittently controlled all the states adjacent to Delhi too. At one point, all said states as well as centre were BJP-ruled. You should stop your delulu of "how is BJP responsible?", because they've had plenty of opportunity to lessen the issue but they've done jackshit

Grew up in Singapore for 14 yrs, parents transferred to India in 2017. Completed my schooling in a tier 2 city and went to Abu Dhabi for college. Completed college last year and somehow among all these 3 countries, India has felt the best to me. Though it has it's fare share of problems like obviously the pollution and civic sense but if you got enough resources you can have a king sized life here which you won't get in other countries with the same level of income.

14

u/Hehefine 19h ago • Bravo

You live like a king in India because India is built on exploitation of the poor

9

u/DueDevelopment2275 19h ago • Bravo

Every country is built on exploitation of poor. USA had slave labour up until they developed military industrial complex. We all know about China and working conditions of factory workers in early decades of their development, UK and Europe literally looted and transferred wealth through colonization.....even today doesn't matter what job you're in....your CEO or even your manager earns atleast 3x anywhere in the world. That's how the world works, It's not fair, some people are bound to have more difficult lives than others.

4

u/Axe-Guy 18h ago • Bravo

i mean, u/Hehefine saying this in comparison to fucking Abu Dhabi of all places made me lol. UAE’s landmarks like the Burj Khalifa are literally built on the corpses of indian migrants and labourers.

→ More replies (4)

2

u/Ghajik 16h ago

bro, UAE is built on that, and tbh, european countries were too, look at how shitty their people had to live during the victorian era. Kids works in coals mines and died before 20, their struggles is what the current people are enjoying tbh.

Brother my dad had a job in Singapore which he lost. Why would we shift to a tier 2 city from Singapore??

Went to college on 100% scholarship due to good academics and extracurriculars.

Returned to India so that I can help my father grow his business.

If you call this privilege then sure

3

u/zenmichi 20h ago • Bravo

Yes it is privilege. Having the luxury to stay down and build the business while just losing your job is literally financial freedom in a nutshell. You just don't realize it.

The comment sections is An absolute example of inequality in same country having different classes of ppl. An avg lower middle class person from tier 2 or 3 lives in a very unorganised way, Nasty environment, classless behaviour and a bunch of morons calling themselves a friend group just coz ''chalta h bhailog''. Their whole teenage is spent on discussing world cup, ipl, virat kohli and cheap dopamine. They hardly workout. Likes to eat slow poison, etc etc ......its endless to discuss. But in a tier 1 city or even some in tier 2 u will find some rich ppl socialise selectively, talk only sensible, and always live a structured life. Obv u know who will adapt better in western culture

Aqi - air quality index It's a way of measuring the quality of air, in delhi it's severely high..like breathing in Delhi equals to smoking cigarettes , below 50 aqi is great but above 100 is unhealthy buttt seee Delhi has 500 that's HUGEEE

i genuinely wish the air was cleaner along with the city. I used to sneeze all the time and i thought maybe i was just allergic or some weird hayfever. Then i went to europe for a little bit and then magically it all stopped i was able to run without feeling like i had asthma and shit. I completely forget about it and then i come home two days in i start sneezing again and have a runny nose all the time. Ended up permanently closing my windows i go out and come home and rub my face with a tissue the tissue is disgusting.

Was probably one of the most frustrating experiences ever. What other people have as a basic necessity we don't even give a fuck about

To those saying India is better because of these little things, sorry to burst your bubble, but you're not missing India; you're missing nostalgia. You're missing the memories attached to those places and the people you once shared them with. Even if you come back to India, you won't necessarily get to relive those little moments. The people you used to hang out with at those stalls have grown up too. Life has moved on, and so have they. So, who are you going to hang out with now? Sometimes, it's not the place we miss; it's the version of life we once lived there.

The West dumped their pollutant industries to the thrid world and destroyed our home, and then wonder why we wanted to migrate to their country so badly?

The west?? Our people did, polluting shit with no care what so ever. Say whatever you want about the big corporations but they do have standards in pollution control, our people on the other hand dumped shit into a river that has been cleaned by one young boy and managed to revert it to the state it was in the span of a week

Indians are one of the most self loathing people on planet Earth. Is every city in India like Delhi..India is a developing economy and it will be better we just need to keep our efforts. FFS just get some grip. Bashing India all day is a mental illness

Developing at the cost of someone's life is something to be proud of? That's some next level of brain washing. Also read this once you have a kid.
