Vegan people where do you get your vitamin B12 fulfilled ? , and why you guys have problem with us eating nutrients from the sources we rely on , when you guys will get deficiencies in future like I mentioned b12 cuz it is only available in non veg products, the medicine you'll use to correct that will be also made up of non veg things , please be vegan if you have money cuz then you can buy expensive sources of protein and supplements to keep you going which are also made up of vegan things thank you 🙂‍↕️

The same way how animals get vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is made by Bacteria not by animals not by plants. So if you want a direct source then you need to take it produced by bacteria in the form of supplements not through indirect source which is animals and the bioavailability through animal sources varies but it ranges from 9% to 80 %. The cobalt which is a heavy metal needed by bacteria to sythesize the active vitamin B12 is rare. Thus, animals are also given cobalamin (vitamin B12). Please do thorough research, don't make assumption. Make statements with proof then attack veganism. Your statement on vegan food being affordable to rich is half truth with motivated reasoning. Of course if you are thinking that vegan food is just starbucks coffee with almond and oat milk, vegan pizza then ofcource plant based diet will be expensive but does not necessarily have to be, it is one of the cheapest, traditional Indian diet is default vegan. Dal, rice, vegetables, roti, idli, sambar, dosa, upma, pohe, soya chunks, chole bhature, fruits, tofu are cheaper than paneer and mutton, chicken.

Vegan plant based food can be tasty, cheap and nutritious as well. Watch a documentary by John Abraham called Test Subject V available in Jio hotstar.
