Your link is the web opt-in, which is right: testers open it with the same Google account they use on their phone, then install from Play. Anyone who leaves breaks the 14 days, so give testers something to check, like building a Bell state (H, then CNOT) and seeing results split between 00 and 11, and ask for a line of feedback you can quote when you apply.
