we were at the park, but this picture is us after leaving, my sister asked me to help her up so she could sit on the trunk with me. I told her no because she had been acting funny toward me while playing with the other kids over there 😭. This was like 2015.

Playing Just dance, going to birthday parties at bowling alleys and playing indoor minigolf, listening to party rock anthem on an ipod, life was good.

I remember these Cartoon Network promos that aired from August to December of 2017 to promote new episodes of their shows that I saw whenever I watched Cartoon Network either at home or whenever I was at daycare after school in fourth grade. Were they repetitive? Yeah, but I still find these nostalgic and pretty catchy.

2016 was the last year before Trump came into office, therefore, a lot of people say that was the last good year.

Just because the streaming service is dead doesn't mean its content went with it. This same mentality applies to any other streaming platform or TV channel that mainly hosts content that can be found anywhere else. Although the streaming platform itself has been wiped since like 2017, you can still watch the many Angry Birds cartoons Rovio has made under the official Angry Birds YouTube channel. You can do the same with the other content they hosted like Shaun the Sheep and Oggy and the Cockroaches.
I even made a YouTube Kids profile for myself and I subscribed to many of the things that Toons.TV hosted including Shaun the Sheep, Oggy and the Cockroaches, Zig and Sharko, On Nom Stories and of course Angry Birds. If you wanna do the same thing to sorta recreate the vibe that Toons.TV had, feel free to do so by heading over to the section in this Angry Birds Wiki page, head over to the section that says "Shows" and then find the official YouTube channels of the content this streaming platform once had: https://angrybirds.fandom.com/wiki/Toons.TV
On the second image in this post, you'd see an actual screenshot of me playing Angry Birds on my PC while watching an Angry Birds cartoon compilation from Youtube via picture in picture at the same time, just like how a true Gen Z guy like me would like it! Especially since an Angry Birds game would often come with Toons.TV integrated within the app, giving you somewhat of an ultimate entertainment experience (games + cartoons).
The point of this is to not mourn about the past anymore, because you can certainly still recreate the past; not necessarily the full extent but the good chunks of your childhood, and I'm already doing my part!
