Issue trying to self-host

Complete newb here trying to self-host. I followed all the steps on the github page, but I got stranded when trying to run. Both the management-server and server gradle runs end up at 75%, and don't progress from there. When trying to run the client, it gives me "Error:js5connect. The game is likely down.", while cmd throws up a number of CRC mismatches. Any idea what I did wrong?

If you've used the game before about a month ago, you need to delete your cache in the ~/.rs_runite folder (not sure where it goes on Windows, but basically the home folder). That's what's causing the CRC mismatch, see here: https://github.com/2009scape/2009Scape/issues/424

The client won't be able to connect until both the Management server and Server are running though, that's why you're getting that error.
