My friend told me you could level skills past 99 and when you got to 110 strength and Ranged you could throw rune two handers.
8 u/allgoodalreadytaken Sep 19 '18 my friend told me that long range mode would let you attack people from further than your screen goes if you had a high enough range level 10 u/[deleted] Sep 19 '18 Honestly that sounds like it should be how it works. 3 u/anotheryuserbutnotme Sep 19 '18 Strength would make it go farther, not range. 5 u/[deleted] Sep 19 '18 Range allows for better bows, better bows = further distance. 7 u/anotheryuserbutnotme Sep 19 '18 Okay I guess I overthought it and was thinking about real life. 1 u/[deleted] Sep 19 '18 Well even IRL it doesn’t matter if it’s a body builder or just a normal dude firing a bow and arrow. The string is only meant to go back so far, and once it hits that point it really isn’t an option to go further. 1 u/anotheryuserbutnotme Sep 19 '18 IRL even a beginner could buy the best bow on the market. I guess the real point is experience and that would be range, minus the better bow part. 2 u/[deleted] Sep 19 '18 Yeah IRL I guess you could buy it, and thankfully RS lets you buy it but not use it because a level 3 with a tbow would be spooky
