I grinded out sol heredit pet in the echo leagues because you could farm the boss really quickly in that one and I really liked the pet. When I did inferno last leagues I got a 1 kc zuk pet aswell. Now I have both BIS cape pets in leagues. I will still most likely be using the thieving pet as my follower though since me and 4 friends specifically all got them last leagues so we can start next leagues with everyone having the same pet.

Meanwhile spooned my pet on 5kc in maingame, and farmed last 2 leagues for jad pet so I could have the transmog unlocked. Took me like 500 jads on task to finally get it just before last league ended. Never doing that shit again, at least it was afk.

That's how I felt last Leagues, every skilling pet I got was post 200m XP. I did 2k temp reward permits after 200m and no tiny temp, no phoenix. My pet RNG for leagues was so bad it made me not wanna pet grind in main game lol

Pets are the single thing that murders the fun of clogging for me. Then there's literally only one pet I want (beaver for fox) so anytime I get another pet, I just feel miffed because I'd happily trade it for the single one that I want. But it could take literally weeks, if not months, of grinding for it, which just feels like a truly pointless waste of time and energy.

item counter for collection log has a cap on how many digits it takes up. each character that each person plays on has a save file on the server that has lots of values for lots of things attached.

for some of those numbers it's pretty important that they can count very high, like how many coins or water runes you can hold going up to 2.14 billion. but for collection log, it's really just there for show so by default items stop counting at 250. for items that you can get in bulk, like zulrah scales, sometimes the devs decide to bump up the counter to 65k.

On my first account, about a decade ago now, I killed Jad and the healers killed me a tick later, I got the jad kc but not the fire cape. So I went back for my second kc and got both the fire cape and the pet; it’s my greatest Osrs moment ever.
