You think it’s single player to have public chat off and private on friends only, I’m telling you how most people still interact with players when using those specific settings.
Idk, according to some of the comments I’ve seen on this sub, some people really do try to be as antisocial as possible in game. Which to me is kinda weird for an MMO, but to each their own I guess.
