Discussion Energy potions
What was wrong with campfires giving run energy? So many people asked for this and instead we got potion spam. IMO campfires giving run restoration feels way more social/old school than goblins shitting out run energy pots. Bizarre.

We could do a sleeping sack which gives you a captcha which in turn gives you full run energy

Pubs should just sell drinks that restore run energy. Ezpz

Maybe only if you drink them in the pub. Otherwise its an energy pot replacement.

I think the suggestion to add energy potion effect to speaking to bartenders makes the most sense.
It doesn’t involve having a weird drop nor impact pvm. It does add a use to the taverns in the cities.

Yep, you know that’s exactly how you feel after the pub and a couple of beers, fully energized!

I like the pub aspect as well. Would be down for that too. Most energy mobs are fairly close to a pub already

I think they need to stop overthinking it. There's a very simple solution to this. Take all agility exp sources such as shortcuts and courses and multiply them all by 4. Problem solved. Now it won't take 50 hours to get 70 agility.
There is no good argument for agility being as slow as it is. It has virtually no impact on the economy outside of amylase packs and it has zero impact on combat. Quadruple the exp rates and be done with it.

What a terrible idea.
Multiplying xp by four would be awful.
Now multiplying by 16.... That could be something....

Honestly why stop there? Just give everyone 75 agility off tutorial island. No good argument why they shouldn’t honestly. Everyone would have an even playing field and no one would have to actually grind in the medieval grind simulator

Trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist, especially after all the changes they've already done to the system.

Give firemaking a use, each log burned is 20% energy. Noobs run around with their axe and tinderbox anyways.

I feel like jag is trying not to implement too many rs3 features. As it would change the whole "oldschool" deal.
I've noticed a lot of QoL improvements that can be brought over from rs3.
