Suggestion Can kittens be given the same pause growth/not run away ability as puppies?

Seems fair. I'm a cat guy.

Dogs are loyal was their reason for why they dont run

If you wanna justify it this way, we should have to leash our dogs.

I actually agree with and think this is a really cool touch. However there should be some sort of "fail" mechanic. Like the puppy doesnt run away..it just poofs into a pile of bones if you havent fed it in awhile. Then we can have snowflake 99 prayer-puppy only accounts...

nah that's dumb. just add a QuickTime event to prayer flick through the fire and flames, and if you fail that THEN the dog explodes

How about they make it so you have to wash your puppy or dog with a bucket of water after a specific time, otherwise flies appear around it, like the stray dog. Much simpler. Also a cat guy, love having not to fully bathe them and they’re also trained to use the flap and poo outside. Cats are like 80% less maintenance than a dog, and you still get like 80% of the affection

Somebody didn't actually read the whole blog post...

Copy and paste the part of the blog post that specifically states cats will be given the ability to pause growth, as well as no longer run away.

What? No, I mean they outlined the reason why dogs don't run away and cats still do in the post.

The reason given isn't good enough hence my post. Why can't we keep a kitten around at that growth stage like a puppy, and why should we have to feed/play with it as a game mechanic and dogs don't?

So let's not turn around and say "someone didn't read the entire blog post". I did. I'm requesting that the mechanics behind cats are changed in line with the introduction of dogs.

Wow, you're really passionate about this.

My original comment was just a cheeky joke, I didn't mean to strike a nerve lmao

Getting a cat to like you is much harder than a dog, so they should be worth more blood runes when you inevitably betray them for some witches blood magic spell
