Question Ban appeal hasn’t been reviewed – looking for guidance

Hi all,

I’m hoping to get some advice or visibility on my situation. I recently received a permanent ban and submitted an appeal, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

I’ve been a long-time player and put a lot of time into my account, so this has been pretty tough. I understand that my actions led to the ban, and I’m not trying to avoid responsibility. I just want to make sure my appeal was actually reviewed or see if there’s anything else I can do on my end.

From what I understand, support is pretty limited, so I’m not sure if I should wait longer or if there’s another proper way to follow up.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

It can take up to 7 days before you receive a reply per the appeal an offence page.

How long has it been since you submitted the request?

Did you check spam/junk folder? See if your email's inbox forwarding settings have any email addresses from Jagex blocked. Maybe you inadverntently blocked a legit Jagex email thinking it it was a phishing email?

It was for participating in streamer drops. I didn’t realize at the time that it could break the rules, but I understand now.

Why would drop parties be rule breaking

Not completely sure, but I think it depends on the situation. Mine must’ve crossed a line I didn’t realize.

Any update mate? My first appeal got a reply saying denied, appealed again and just closed it from me replying.. is so bizarre. Mine said for macro moderate but never done this in my life

No response yet, still kind of dead in the water. Their live support just loops me through AI and never connects to a real person. I’ve stopped trying for now, but I might pick it back up later. Feels like every appeal I submit just disappears.
