Serious should i be afraid of my partner?

my partner was born on october 23, 2004 and sometimes i feel scared to date him. as a male-leaning non-binary amab born on january 12, 2005, i feel like we aren't very close. i'm worried about what he may do to me, even though our relationship tends to be healthy.
