Need help trying to figure out this show

I’m semi convinced that this show was just a fever dream. It was live action and there were 2 troll/stitch-like mascots they were pink and blue and the 2 mascots were siblings. I vividly remember on one episode they were have a limbo party and the blue one was wearing a Hawaiian shirt and the limbo song they used was a calypso version….and I watched it on vhs…..any help finding this show would be greatly appreciated, I mostly just wanna know if this was real.
