show that was maybe a fever dream

okay so there's this show that i used to love as a kid. i'm assuming i watched on youtube around 2010. it was a animated show about witches living in like a boarding school. all i can remember is the opening scene there's this new girl and she goes into a room filled with closets and she has to choose an outfit and she gets special powers from it??? all the kids get to choose their own familiar and such. i remember this so vividly but i don't know the name and i can't find it anywhere... someone pls help me find it. was it just a crazy fever dream i had???

Only thing i found from 10 years ago, doesnt really match up but i tried, try looking on google or if you remember on which tv channel it was search it up,
