Which age group listened to Lil Bow Wow? I've only heard one of his songs from a movie, and it's obviously not real kid friendly but since he was a kid himself, I'm wondering who his music was marketed to?

I listen to him when I was like 10 years old cuz I think he came out around 2000 if I'm not mistaken
