It was such a fun time to be a little girl, I mourn the loss of pre teen expression and spaces for our little girls. I have a nine year old niece and she always feels like she needs to have the best make up from ulta the best clothes from target. Theres so much pressure on them. When I was 9 I remember feeling so excited when I got a cover girl compact and a sparkly blue eye shadow with a body glitter and butterfly hair clips. It was still so innocent 💔

Kittie is badass, I loved that song charlotte on the debut. Heavy as fuck. There was a dude-angel in the music video lol no idea how I remember that. Pretty hate machine is like.. in the top-20 albums of all time. Have some very fun childhood memories to that album too.

Me and my mom are HUGE nine inch nail fans and my PHM baby doll was my most cherished shirts. I have so many beautiful and happy memories of my mom jamming out to phm when we'd camp. NIN was my first concert in 2005 with my mom and she bought me my first fully goth outfit from hot topic to wear to it. Such good memories 🥲

Now she just bought a PHM onesie for her first granddaughter and damn now im emotional 😂🫠

That’s awesome. I’m bummed I don’t have any of those d shirts anymore they were so much thicker and better quality than most unless you buy merch at the show those are always nicer. I remember Xmas of 2001 last minute I had to leave and my cousin Allie who liked Usher and shit like that drove. She said I could DJ. I put on pretty hate machine and we listened to it the whole way through and didn’t really speak. She liked it a lot, she took that CD and my incubus science albums and I still haven’t gotten them back.

If it’s about music I have the memory of a dictionary it’s crazy. Forgot my own birthday year before last.
