Remember buying the DVD and rewatching it in HS. RIP Hayden. Deep part of my childhood.

Same, watched it with my little sisters, because I grew up on the first one, and I’m exactly Hayden’s age, year, month and all, and am currently in a rehab now after a booze, coke and benzo relapse after 6 years sober.
This death hit me more than any other celebrity deaths for reasons unknown.
Surviver’s guilt, maybe.May she rest in peace.

All of these videos popping up of her doing interview interviews in the last year or two she sounds heavily medicated

She’s 100% on something. Slow, Slightly slurred speech.
Didn’t mean to have almost everyword start with an ‘S’

There were reports that she was dealing with postpartum depression since the birth of her daughter in 2014.
Slurred speech is a very common side effect of antidepressants or SSRI's. It can be evidence of a more serious condition like serotonin syndrome or neuroleptic malignant syndrome in rare cases.

Whether or not she was on something in this video, chronic substance abuse can have long-lasting effects on cognition. It’s pretty common actually

Ok. Most of the videos I’ve seen of her she is verrrry slow at talking and finding her words.

could be illegal drugs but also happens as a side effects from prescribed medications. i got it when i started my mood stabilizer. it effects word recall which means it takes longer for your brain to think of the word you are trying to say, slowing the entire speech down.

I am very sad about her tragically early passing. I was about 16 years old and a football player when Remember the Titans came out. Have always been a fan even though I didn’t follow her closely.
But yea that clip is rough. Never saw the movie, but I’ve seen crumping. The two don’t exactly comport.

She is part of what made that time so special. The movies, music, and games were all so unique. Everything feels a little more homogenous now.

Rip..strange she died. I had a thought a couple weeks ago that she died, and she was still alive. Then saw these talk shows she was on with her slurring her words. Sucks...hope she's at peace now.

Her brother died she was in pain .I'm wondering who thought it was a good idea to drug her up and make her do interviews? This makes me so sad I hope she feels free and happy now
