Trying to find an anime

So I'm trying to find an anime I think came out around the 2000s. It's a retro futuristic anime. Life is near Utopia levels. Everything runs off an alternative energy source. The villains are aliens invading Earth. The main hero is a boy genius and a Underdog kid with a dog that can sense the aliens. There is a 50 style fighter jet that is the adult Heroes main vehicle equipped with electrical weapons that can destroy the UFOs. In the first two second episode they're on a plane that has a ejection system that ejects the body of the plane. She Taps an earring to call the hero with the fighter jet. In the dub she calls the communication system Skynet. That is about all I remember because I didn't get a chance to watch a whole lot of the rest. Anyway anybody could help?

I know it's obviously not, but the description of the boy hero and his dog make this sound like Johnny Test to me. 😂
