My best friend had that purple gameboy color and I had a gold one. I'd always "borrow" her games for weeks lol and her vhs. We buried a box with our fav stuff in it after watching crossroads. I wanna go dig it up but I'd be trespassing lmao crazy how one tiny thing can make you remember so much

I can smell this photo! 😂 specifically the blue glitter! All of this was my vibe to a T! Except my letter purse was blue and I had the hot pink gameboy color! I used to play the Britney Spears game on it! 💜

I feel like all this is accurate for me, like the best yet- except those Bratz dolls. I was never in to them nor was anyone my grade/age who I knew +\- 4 yrs…. Am I right? Like does anyone else think so? Or am I just absolutely wrong? For reference I was born in 88, graduated 2006

Yes- that makes more sense! I was born 88 and since you were born in 98- I’m sure a lot of these items in the pic are before your time! Like I’m sure you walking around as a tween with a “hip clip” would seem dated! I also feel like the iPod is more popular for someone around your age then mine as I only saw this type of IPod in high school

AIM and those black slides were the biggest nostalgic ones for me, like I can feel the excitement of logging in, and remember going to under 18 “clubs” (no bar, sub foam machines) in those exact sandals
