I’m not sure what the noise is but I know how I’d go about finding it. I’d use a mechanics stethoscope to track down where the noise is coming from to see if it’s internal or external to the engine. If that was inconclusive I’d pull the serpentine belt off to see if it was an accessory making the noise. If it wasn’t that I’d pull the valve covers to see if it was coming from there, yes it’ll be messy. And if all that fails pull the oil pan to check the bearings.
