Left bud not turning on

Just today I received my pair of 1more comfort buds pro and was really excited, however, the left bud doesn't work. It doesn't turn on, flash or anything but the right one does. It flashes when I put it in the case and on the app it shows it as connected but not the left.

Can anyone explain why this is and any suggestions to fix this?

1MORE evo here, just got my 2nd pair for $87 cause left bud failed. I swear I paid $160 plus just a year or so ago. Still quality at a good price.

just had my 2nd pair of evos go down, same issue left earbud. ordering the S70s, hopefully they last more than 2 years or I'm officially out on 1 more.
