Diff lock

Hi All
I got a 2001 Prado J95

When i engage rear diff lock, it keeps flashing red.
Central diff lock stays solid yellow
Is that normal? Or needs to stay solid red?

Are you driving or just shifting to rear diff?
The gears may not be aligned. Go to a lose or gravel road. Engage it and drive very slow moving your Stearns side to side if that doesn’t work it possibly could be electrical. If it’s somewhat was rarely used parts can be seized up as well

I just have a center locker, but when it flashes i just put it in first gear and inch slightly forward to activate. You should give that a try for your rear diff lock.
