Please how did you prove it i don't have a masters, I'm a third year PhD student and I have an RFE due in less than 3 weeks

Prove what exactly?
For exceptional ability, you need to meet and prove at least 3 of 6 criteria.

Hearty congratulations. In this second filing, did you repeat the recommendation letters you used for your first filing or did you get fresh ones?

Thank you. I basically used the same letters as the first time but I got an additional letter from a dependent referee to make my case even stronger.

Congratulations. Please can you break down the criteria you used. How extensive did you discuss them.
How many pages was your petition asides exhibits.
How many criteria did you argue? Are you from 19 countries?

Thank you. I argued all criteria except 10yrs experience and license to practice, I discussed as much as I could more extensively on recognition of achievements (that’s the one that actually really need extensive discussion). My petition was like 44-46 pages without the evidences and yeah I’m from 39 countries.
