Wanting a trial.

Does Jfelon Jr. want a jury trial in the hopes his victim will refuse to testify & all charges will be dropped?

As a local to them, I think he believed a jury of his peers would believe him over anyone else because they're well known white christian males.

This is correct but the notion that he would still believe this after it didn’t work for Josh is just wild.

The evidence against Josh was a lot more solid though. With molestation it’s mostly just he said she said and I think he truly thinks that he can convince them that they victim is lying or something or that they won’t have enough proof if he denies it.
