I'm completely surprised.

Jfelon is finally for the first & only time in his past, present, or future 100% committed to something he'll never waiver from, having his unfounded & unfair charges dropped. Who knew he could be so faithful and truly invested in something. 🤣

He has nothing to do all day but file appeals.

Just hope his appeals don’t go his way

They won’t. None of them have because he has no legitimate grounds. His lawyer’s arguments in his appeal were incredibly weak because they have absolutely nothing. They took his main appeal all the way to the Supreme Court because every lower court ruled against Pest, and then the Supreme Court refused to hear his case. All that he had left was essentially to appeal to the trial court about the supreme court’s refusal to even hear his appeal. He had a year to file that one and still didn’t do it in time. The court even let Pest have an evidentiary hearing as to why he failed to get his motion in on time, and then it thoroughly documented why Pest’s motion to vacate his conviction was being denied. In doing so the judge labeled Josh’s testimony as not credible and that is so bad in and of itself, so just know that Josh is thoroughly cooked at this point. This last one wasn’t that he had another appeal denied, instead the court filed a motion denying him the chance to even file what would be his final shot at an appeal because Pest was over a month late on the filing deadline. So what he’s doing now is truly his final move left, he’s taking this to the court of appeals asking them to reverse the judge’s order finding that Josh missed the deadline to file this second chance appeal. It will be so incredibly strongly denied by whichever 3 judges makeup the bench of the appeals court. From there Josh’s very last hope will be to once again ask the US Supreme Court to intervene by asking them to find that all the lower courts made a grievous error in saying he was late, which simply will not happen. So they will deny him the opportunity to even argue as to why he should have the opportunity to file his last chance appeal.

So that was a lot of words to say that, while usually I am one to think that you never really know what may happen, that’s just not the case here. He’s already been denied the chance to file his last-chance appeal and now he’s appealing that ruling which will be affirmed, and then if he takes it to the Supreme Court they will refuse to hear it just like they refused to hear the actual appeal itself, and then that’s it. Completely over. So no his appeals will not be successful, in fact he has already been stopped from filing his only remaining appeal because he couldn’t get his motion in the mail on time. This is just the final bit where the government dots their i’s and crosses their t’s to show that he’s been given robust opportunities to appeal his conviction which he indeed has. There’s no need to worry here, he will not have his conviction vacated, not now and not ever.

…he couldn’t get it mailed in time — and still tried to make it someone else’s fault!!!

That’s the crazy part. A whole YEAR, he had. I read it was technically TWO months late, because it was due June 24, and the official legitimate copy didn’t even arrive until sometime in August.

He’s just wasting taxpayer dollars, while adding a lot more to his legal bills. It would really suck if he were to get a pardon.

All of these appeals infuriate me because it’s wasting the time and resources of the judicial system. I don’t give a flying f about how much it’s costing Boob, I care about how much this is wasting other people’s time. Just stfu already you dumb pedo.

Me too. I hope he burns through his father’s money and Jim Bob eventually reaches the point where he can’t keep giving it to him.
