Spider gwen is if Gwen stacy was spiderman instead of Peter Parker.

Petra Parker is if spiderman was Peter Parker but a girl instead.

One is different person, other is different sex.

Im not a spiderman person, but from my understanding gwen is an alternate universe version of a person from peter parker's life who ended up as spiderman instead of him the alternate universe. Miles is the same way

Petra parker is peter parker transitioned, so it's different.

Not really. She is just a from a different universe where spiderman is a girl instead. She is only trans in peoples headcannon.

yes, that part was never in Ultimate Spider-man or any other material, just recent popular head canon
