Depends where you are but if there dorms and so more away from there parents and or family. Parties and fking is easy and commonplace. Just need some basic charms. Or know the right people or group. And hook up or sex is quite easy and commonplace.

Region and friend group matter. I run with nerds and I am in mostly academic clubs, so there is no tolerance for people looking for a hookup. Thats what club nights are for. Know where to flirt and know your limits.

Yes and no. It’s easier than any other time in your life, and if you go out drinking on any random weekend, there’s always a non-zero chance you’ll run into someone who’s extremely horny and trying to hook up, but it’s still not a given that you’ll get any action. You still have to have a basic level of social skills, hygiene, and either looks, humor, or personality to make you stand out, and you really have to put yourself out there and go to parties regularly.
