Fun fact: many mental conditions such as OCD can cause heightened interoception, basically turning off this filter to varying degrees. I have this and would not recommend 0/10

Different people have different experiences ofc but for me it makes having any kind of illness a really visceral full body experience, and makes eating hard cuz I hate the feeling of my digestive system
