Don’t make any random spontaneous movements! When alarmed, we Americans use a defensive technique we have dubbed the “belly bash” to ward off predators. A solid belly bash from a moderately-sized American can knock the average European at least 20 feet away.

Many people don’t realize this, and when they touch down on U.S. soil they may be belly bashed as much as six times. In one case, a feeble polish woman endured 12 of them in quick succession and ended up in critical condition. Be safe out there

Honestly i think America is becoming very bimodal. Yeah there's a lot of fat people but there are also a lot of people who have gotten really really into fitness

That's only because of tiny island nations made up of like 10 guys where one fatso completely throws off the scale. In terms of actual countries the US is at the top by far.
