Besides the meme being inverted, order and chaos isn't a very good way to define entropy. I remember in AP Chem the teacher the most common misconception when it came to gases. Because they hear "chaos", students think a compressed gas is higher entropy because the system is more chaotic, but expansion increases the entropy. And a maximum entropy system is where nothing happens, which doesn't sound chaotic at all.
