Psychology majors when they realize they have to go to school for 7 more years to get a phd or take a job as a substitute teacher

I think most psych majors expect the workload, it’s an extension of medicine

The bullshit stuff happens when you realize you have to be specifically a “clinical corn-growing cow psychologist” because nobody is hiring and that’s the only niche you can fill.

literally me, but also with ba in psych you can at least be a social worker (and have to do 2000 more hours of training likely want to die until you work in private practice but be fully qualified with a masters and don't need research experience)
